ABC48 National Children's Day

Welcome everyone to another fun challenge here at ABC Challenges.  I was looking through the 2013 calendar a few weeks ago and I discovered that National Children's day is tomorrow, October 8th and Child Health Day is today so we decided to have a challenge in honor of the children.

This week we are creating cards for kids.  Your card can be for any occasion, but just create your card with a child in mind.

Don't have a blog?  No problem, we will visit your online gallery; simply use the keywords ABC48 for this challenge.  Below are our design team cards to get you inspired.  Be sure to click on their names to visit their blogs!

ABC47 Winners

Our challenge last week was awesome!  I loved looking through all the beautiful cards and seeing how you used up some of your pattern papers.  I saw several Christmas cards which reminds me that the holidays are right around the corner!  I'd better get started on my holiday card making!  Our DT really had a hard time choosing winners this week so we have a few extra winners for you! Here are the winner's from last week's challenge:

Our Guest Designer ~ Brenda

Welcome to our weekly guest designer post!  This week our guest designer is Brenda.  If you'd like to see Brenda's winning card you can view it here.  Brenda made us a card for our '3 or more pattern papers' challenge this week. 

I am really enjoying our challenge this week because I love seeing how all of you are mixing up those papers and Brenda's card is a beautiful example of that.  I love the mix of papers on her card and especially how she created the notched out corners on the strips of paper along the bottom of her card, so very creative!
